  Senior Accountant

  We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. This person will be a core member of the wider finance-accounting team and play a key part in supporting and strengthening the accounting function.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
  • Processing and monitoring cash payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performing MGA reconciliation.
  • Participating in period end closure procedures and the
    preparation of periodic financial statements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly management
    reporting.
  • Providing support in audits and liaising with external auditors as needed.
  • Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliation (vendor,
    customer, accruals).

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Advanced PC literacy (especially Excel).
  • English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work independently.

  Technical & PMS Coordinator - Tankers

  Elements Tankers, a Tanker Shipping Company of our Group is seeking a Technical & PMS Coordinator to support the Technical Department in the effective coordination of Class, statutory and technical matters for our tanker fleet.

  Key Responsibilities

  • TMSA implementation and monitoring, providing familiarization with TMSA 3 & Company’s Management System, review and amendments.
  • Support compliance with CMS, HSSQEEn, and applicable Class and Flag requirements.
  • Proper review of the PMS software database, with respect to Maker’s instructions manuals and Company’s CMS planned maintenance revisions.
  • Provide training and familiarization of the PMS software to shore & seagoing personnel (pre-joining and onboard).
  • PMS KPIs review and report to Managements Reviews.

  Qualifications

  • Degree in Shipping or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Coordinator, PMS Coordinator or similar role.
  • English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
  • Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  Technical Superintendent (Tankers)

  Elements Tankers, a Tanker Shipping Company of our Group is seeking a Technical Superintendent to join its Technical Department and support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of its tanker fleet.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned vessels in compliance with Company policies, Class, and international regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with Masters and Chief Engineers, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required.
  • Monitor vessel condition, PMS status, and technical performance, including NOON reports.
  • Plan and attend dry-dockings, repairs, and major surveys, supervising contractors and repair works.
  • Manage Class-related matters, statutory surveys, and certification validity.
  • Review and approve technical requisitions, spare parts, lubricants, and technical invoices.
  • Promote compliance with the Company Management System (CMS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  Qualifications

  • Chief Engineer license with at least three (3) years’ sea-going experience in a senior rank or a relevant engineering degree with equivalent experience.
  • Experience with tanker operations and technical management is considered an asset.
  • English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
  • Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
